When the vibrate function is activated, is it the phone or the battery that vibrates. If its the phone, I have a big problem.

Thanks

Depends on your service provider. If you were with mine, they'd send you a brand new one for free and you'd have 7 days to copy info stored on your phone.

OR... live without vibrate?

note: the phone will never vibrate while charging and secondly your phone has a warranty, take it to a service center were they should fic or swap the phone. If they swap it i'm sure they'll transfer ALL you settings across

problem is that I am using the phone in the US, where it is not yet officially released, I will have to send it to Ericsson, as i did once before and hopefully they will replace the phone for me
