As the new 3G phones have been released in England i have become interested in them. I found some price plans per month, one is £59 and one is £100 but i also found another price plan it says 3 to go . The website says this:
No monthly line rental and you only pay for the calls and content that you use. What's more, until 30th June 2003 you can use email and access some content absolutely free (subject to our fair use policy).

A simple set of price bands covers the vast majority of services. It's the same for everyone.

To get you started we'll throw in up to £10 worth of content a month for your first three months. Register your interest now to make sure you're the first to hear when 3toGo is available

can someone please explain this to me, is this like pay as you go ?

it's very much like pay as you go mate, the major difference is you will be billed for your charges as opposed to paying up front.

Just like Virgin Mobile UK, you will be billed for what you used, and pay by direct debit with no monthly line rental. Simple.
