I have just bought a t68i and I am new to emailing. I believe that I do not get my email directly from my broadband ISP but via some other provider specialising in Mobile Phone technology.
Can any one explain/point me to a URL/FAQ? Can anyone recommend a place I can use to collect my emails?
Also can I use this one place to collect emails from a variety of ISPs?.
Where can I get the necessary settings. I know that SonyEricsson has a series of wizards to do just this but I would like to understand the setup and to be able to confirm the settings.
Finally any good magasines, books etc (in the UK) to help a newby?
My wife and I each have a phone on the same network (Virgin). She can send text messages to me from her old steam powered Nokia 3310 but I cannot send them to her. Any ideas?

As long as your service provider allows you to access your mail via IMAP or POP3, then you can use it in your phone. If you use outlook (or any other email client) to get your mail from the mail server, then most likely, your SP supports these protocols.
Problems sending to another SMS? maybe your phone is not properly configured. Check your SMS Service Center number if it's correct.
Read the Email sticky thread for email settings that work:
