Is there anyway to find out my own number ? I haven't entered it in my address book so I'd have to pull it from the sim I suppose ...

[note : this is not as sad as it sounds - honest !]

Thanks

Thats not always the case...

A lot of GSM providors (including Vodaphone and Orange in the UK) use different numbers for the divert to voicemail.

I have a seperate gsm number for my voicemail (which i can dial directly if i want someone to go straight to my answer machine without being able to ring me) which is set as the divert.

If you get it wrong you may be giving out the standard voicemail number for the network as your own number.. not good.

I am not sure what it is, but i am sure there is a code to see your own number - a *#0000# type code... maybe search the forums and see what you come up with..
