my T300 (a week old) stops responding and then restarts in a few secs. Happened several times already.
I still have several days left to exchange the phone to new one. So what are the suggestions? Is it a general problem with T300 and I might get same (or worse problem with new phone) or there's very little chance that new phone will have this problem.
Restarts happened several times when I was playing a game, and once when I was checking pop3 email.
Fast reply would be greatly appreciated since I have only a couple days left to exchange this phone to a new one.

Your phone is just freezing and restarting itself normally. I had the same problems with my T68 back in the days of R2A. But since i've upgraded it to R6A no more freezes in a month now ! Try taking it back or having a Sony Ericsson service center upgrade the firmware - if there is new software for a t300.

The thing is that if I'll take it to sony center for upgrade -- it'll take over a week (it's not in NYC for some reason, so I'll have to ship it). And I have only 4 days left until I can replace this phone at the store...

If I'll exchange it for new phone -- how does it work w/ my provider (T-Mobile) Do I need to activate phone again or it'll be automatic?
