these people will help you out just as much as the 50p a minute line (obviously they are still untrained single-braincelled-drones that o2 employ). Try to speak to Ziggy. After three months of nightmares trying to upgrade he finally sorted me out.

just phone the top up line and wait just let it run thru about 3 times and you will eventually be put thru to customer care. It tells you that you will be charged but your not :-) This message was posted from a WAP device
