I was recently in a very bad car accident. I was sitting in the passenger seat of a Merc S500. The car was going fast and did not slow down, hit a curb (without braking), was airborne for 20 ft, ran through another car (which is totaled), went through another 0.4m thick brick wall, cleared 4 meters airborne and went straight into another wall of someone's bedroom. The car ended up 2/3rds in the room.

The seatbelt saved my life. My airbag failed to deploy, but the drivers side did. I was totally banged up...cut, bleeding, dislocated arm, smashed shoulder socket (am typing with one hand now, surgery next week), etc. However, by some miricale, alive and without internal injuries.....

By another miricale, my P800 was also completely intact and it was from this phone that the call for help was made (not by me of course)!!! I got almost everything back like my wallet, phone, etc...however, some jerk stole my HBH30! To steal from someone thats all broken and bleeding...how low can one get??!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share what is probably the first instance of a P800 surviving the odds and saving the owners life...(almost sounds like a dog!)

Gotta go, arm hurts,

send your comments

P800 rulz! I will never sell this one

PS, no one died

Man, that must have been one speed ride! Why did you go so fast? Was it like 200km/h??? I`m glad noone died but don`t drive so fast. In my country almost every day there`s another victim of speeding

Yes, and being in the same country as Lopio, I can also attest, unfortunately, that stealing from accident sites also happens here... when I think about it, I really don't know how anyone can stomach doing such a thing.

Your surviving and having no critical injuries is a miracle, man. Hope you thank God for the extra time he allowed you to have. Don't waste it, ok (especially not by driving at that speed. Or if you weren't the one driving, just tell him to slow down a little).
