You need to have the newest software in the P800,...you cannot use different languages before upgrading.
(if you have old SW R1B it will not work)
When you get the new software,..
phone, when turned on, will ask what language you wish to install/use.
When You have chosen Greek,..then that and another language (e.g. english) will work on the phone.
And no, you cant do the upgrade yourself,...find a SE service point to get the new software implemented.
