The task manager is definitely the best application I've downloaded so far. It lets me see which tasks are running and switch between them without having to go through the applications menu. It lets me free memory and remove unused tasks.
I have set the useless browser button to switch to it.
The only qualms I have with the program is that it doesn't update its list when task manager is run. The second problem is that I have to use the jogdial to select an application if I want to terminate it (I would prefer being able to select by touching the icon - same interface as the rest of the phone).

I would have tried this but I bought Handy Day which does task switching & closing very well & can also assign the Browser button for its use (also does much more).
