there are some numbers that i never call, but this numbers call me sometimes.
so i would like to have them in the book to know who is calling me.
but it is annoying when i browse in my book for some contacts and this never used contacts are in the same book .....
i would like to have this book hided for identifying the caller only, and not in the list with other numbers

i hope you understand what i mean ? !

I donīt know how the phonebook works in p800 but I solved the same problem in my t68i just taking my sim card to another phone and simply entering these numbers to it.
if you only have a few of entries like that itīs no problem. if there are many of them itīs annoying to type again after copying phone book from the mem of p800 to sim card wich I suppose overwrites the entries in sim card.

If you create a new folder and name it "hidden" those contacts won't show unless you choose that folder, or in flip closed when all contacts show by default.
You could also name them "zz Name" that way they're the last contacts, and won't show in the middle of others.

Good idea!

I hate because i cannot set the default group when flip on, so all is shown.
In my Nokia 6210 i solved this problem with Ī before the name. This dont go on p 800.

by the way - is there any tool for direkt managing of phone book via pc ?
like phone manager for nokia phones ?

No, and that's one thing that SE really must come up with, a proper manage/sync SW. Like the one for t68, why on earth didn't they do a similar one for p800???

It is also a good idea saving those numbers to SIM memory only. This message was posted from a R520

it could be, but there is about 100 these numbers and i often test some new phones so i need place on my sim for often used numbers

i cant believe that SE made such a good phone and did such big mistakes and i hope SE is reading this and other forums and will fix problems in new software
