To all P800 users. Soon they will release AvantGo for the P800.
This means that you can download news to your phone. One example is that P800 users in Sweden will be able to sync news from Aftonbladet.se! Then you can read the news (for free) whenever you want. This is great news.

Yes, but with AvantGo you can download the news for free to your phone. Then you can read it for free...
Some of us have to pay about 14 US $ per MB in GPRS. This is crazy (Vodafone pre-paid Sweden).
For example it will be nice to sync your phone in the morning, and read the news on the bus... =)

Well, most likely, you will also be able to sync while in cradle, which will not need to use GPRS bytes, and will be free, assuming you're connected ot the net on the connected computer.

When will Globe start charging for WAP? GPRS
WEB browsing in either Globe or Smart isn't free. But
WAP on Globe still is.

@maiyot, Im not thinking of it yet. If globe will start to charge GPRS via WAP, I think the service will die eventually. So do you have an idea when they plan to do it?
