Im almost certain that by the time the P800 is out in the US, a new and improved firmware will become available shortly after. That is always the case.

lol.....

According to member tristero @ Howard Forums:

"I finally received my P800 from the SE online store (US) and am going crazy setting up the million and one features of the phone. Firmware version was R1D--which surprised me. I thought all this extra wait for the official US version was going to be because of a major new firmware release. Other versions are Bluetooth R2C, Organizer R1F01, CDA R1J01."

Hmmmmm......sounds as if the US version will not have a "new and improved" firmware version.

My P800's firmware as of Friday, March 7; done by Virtual Dynamix:

Phone:
CXC162002 R1D

Bluetooth:
CXC12529 R2C

Organizer:
CXC162001 R1G05

CDA:
CDA16200 1/6 R2A04

Virtual Dynamix offers excellent customer service, courteous and knowledgeable staff, excellent pricing, and best of all...located in California!! Highly reccomended.

Thanks Sung and jmazzotti !!

Bullshit alert... bullshit alert... bullshit alert...

Look, in future, will all trolls please try that little bit harder to make their "official SE responses" that little bit more official sounding!

"inputted into it" LOL!
