please take two minutes to reply to this to express your feelings towards the dixons group this includes The Link phone shop,dixons,currys and mastercare. i will print the replies for my letter of action that im sending to my local consumer support group! yours thankfully

But, my friend, you needn't bother with your letter. They're about to get major come-uppance...
The Group is being investigated by industry regulators as part of a probe into the con that is their extended warranty.
Fear not, they shall be struck down!

www.thedvdforums.com for currys and dixons, there are loads of complaints and quite a few small claim court actions.

The Link is shockingly bad. Their staff are the most untrained mobile phone users that I know of.
PCworld can also be included in that list since they are part of the same group. dont get me started on them though!

Mr Mrs works for The Link, and it may sound like I'm just stickin up for her but I honestly believe that i've had the best service (even when i wasnt with her) from there. Phones4U, CPW, and the local independents have largely been shitty compared to The Link. PC World however is a whole different ball game!

BTW, all the shops have some staff that are just useless wastes of living matter, it's not just some stores that they're limited to! (I could indeed name many names in my area of useless inept phone shop staff)

how can you trust any mobile shop that claims to know the very best mobile for you, but doesn't sell phones from the biggest network in the country? like or loathe vodafone, a big chain like that should at least give you the option of choosing for yourself.
