can anyone help me on this?
some of my contacts in my phonebook are missing, but it leaves the spaces for that particular contact, and when I try to delete it it says "FAILED" pls help ????

Remove the battery for at least 10 minutes. This procedure refreshes the phone's system.
If that doesn't work, use FMA to make a copy of your phonebook, reset the phone (note: this will delete ALL your data. so make sure you know what you're doing and that you have the back-up file already), and restore the contacts using FMA.
The FW upgrade doesn't always work.
