I have all my contacts in Outlook Express with addresses, e-mails, phone numbers all in the appropriate places and I can export all these to individual vcard files.
If I import these into the P800 will the addresses and all be included?

Yes, it does. It has full PDA functions (full address book, calendar, etc).

Sure. They need (I believe) to be in vCard 2.1 format.
