Yes it is... a simpler version...just enough so that you don't go nuts scrolling with the P800!
It's fun! Even the trial version!

The game rocks.
I'm actually impressed by the number of units available to build.
The graphics are somewhere between dune 2 and the first c&c
closer to c&c than dune 2
The ai seems a bit unsturdy. But I haven't played it very much so I can't really say.
