I want MY WEBSITE to offer SMS over the net...so a friend can go
www.shotinthefoot.com and sms me something...

ahahaah he reacted! what u need is a dedicated sms server just for u , so every1 can send u sms 4 free:) try buyin' a gsm company.i joke cuz u don#t know what the hell r u talkin' about.To have a sms server implies that u have to pay those sms u get.this in a few words...i dont wanna waste my precious time.So, the answer is no.
