Just got my p800 today and when I try to install PC Suite from the CD it freezes at 52% and I have to ctrl-alt-delete to get out from the installer. Anyone experienced this before or know the solution?

Unplug the cradle, it'll install fine then. Wait until all the software is installed before plugging it in.

And if it doesn't, unplug your USB bluetooth module, and your usb IR module too.
