Once there you will see down the left a section called Home-Personal. Within this section there is a link called 'Get mobile Settings'.
Follow this link and you will get to the wap section which they will send the settings OTA.

From the o2 site you just put in your phone number & it sends you the settings... just accept them when they arrive & you're sorted!
