Ok guys, You all seem to be on the ball here on getting the PDA. What are the things to look out for in a scamster EBAY seller who is offering a P800 and a low price? So far I've seen a few
They INSIST on Western Union
They don't speak f**king english
They joined ebay that very day
They provide stock pictures not taken by them
Any and all info would be appreciated. Thanks

For your info, the P800 is made in France!!! So english wouldnt mean anything...Not only english speaking countries have the phone released...know that United Arab Emirates was one of the first countries the phone was released.
If i were you, i would only buy the phone from a reputable company, like: expansys.com, allglobaltk.com, gsmphonesourse.com...all those have ebay stores as well(not expansys tho)

Hmm.... With the P800 made in France, and current anti-french sentiment in the U.S. ("Freedom Fries" come to mind) I see a couple possibilities:
1. Americans stop buying the P800
2. Instead of "Made in France" it'll say "Made on the other side of the pond" or "Made over there"

I would go to the US & sell some p800 phones if i could sell enough in one place, but the gaps between the cities is a very silly design, nobody in europe would even concider such ridiculously huge gaps.
It is a very bad design, from space the US looks like a big spotty kids face (quite ironic).
Hey also ironic is the fact that with new small powerfull electronics it seems that countries who reduce things down are way more popular than countries who want to blow things up.

You don't need to be a rocket scientists to figure out that WMD AND oil is why we are "liberating" Iraq. The French have hated foreigners for years....especially Americans. I fly to France on average 2 times a year for work. The stereotypical rude waiter is no myth. At least now Americans know how the French feel about us publically. Bottom line is they could care less about us as a whole but I won't loose any sleep over it. You can't please all the people all of the time.
