forgive my stupidity but if you take your p800 to get a firmware upgrade does it cost anything? if so how much. i live in great yarmouth england so i think the nearset place to get it done would be norwich.

It doesn't cost anything, but you might need to get a proof of purchase.
Call @ 08705237237 and ask them about the nearest centre or go to a CPW service centre
