arghh, i'm trying to delete this one stubborn entry from my contact list, but no matter what i do, it's still there, i cant find no way of erasing all my contacts, so i am left with 2 choices, master reset or format internal phone memory... i have never done either one, can you guys tell me if this is safe? i have my p800 settings backedup, so im not worried, i just want to redo my contact list over, but will either way permanently delete my 2 language packs that came with my phone? I have US and UK english on my phone, this is the US release of the p800 by the way, so can one of you guys tell me if this is safe and will i lose anything important that i can't get back?

all my apps are installed on the memory stick, so im not worried and plus all my settings/contacts are backedup, i just wanna format so i can get rid of the contact list TOTALLY... that 1 entry is pissin me off, arghhh... it shows up as a blank entry, so i try to set a name for it and then try to delete, still no luck...
