I tried and search for this topic but I cannot find the one that I am looking for?
My question is how to create a ringtone from a CD and I need to convert the file from vaw or mp3 to midi so I can use the midi for my ringtones.
If I am to use the wav file since the wav is very big which software that I need to compress the file

Try WINGROOVE. And when converting WAVE file, do remember to select the phone sampling rate (11khz) and took off all other option. Finally, make sure you cut the song to only 20second and this will produce a wave file about 330k. Just nice for a ringtone.
