I think you should not be asking here how to spend your money, but sit down with full details of each phone and compare their features with your own requirements.
You will then come to a conclusion as to which one best suits your needs.

t300 has 256 colours
,no calendar and no big screen,etc,but is the best phone in his category!...Now i`m waiting to make some money for the P800...i hope that this will be soon!
