...I got sent an mms by a freind but I can't open it cause it keeps saying 'network or communications error', can anyone help?

Had a problem with MMS on Orange when I upgraded to P800, i.e. I couldn't send or receive any. I phoned customer services & they told me that I didn't have MMS enabled, the Orange Shop hadn't done it for me. They sent me a SIM update within a few seconds & its been working fine ever since.
Give customer services a call & ask them to send you a SIM update.

Nah, it wasn't that, the mms I recieved was larger than 3kb so I had to change my settings to the ericsson ones. Works fine now
