I have a Brand New Rogers AT&T SIM Card for use on their GSM network. The card has never been used; it's still in its plastic housing and no phone number has been assigned to it.
Rogers sells this card for at least $25 CAD + tax. This one sells for $15 CAD and includes shipping via letter mail.
