Yes,they do cus when i phoned SE UK a few months ago i mentioned Esato and was told that they know about this website! :-D

well when i called up SE UK sometime back when i had a problem with my T68M ,after solving the problem the customer service agent is the one that actually told me about Esato. SO they are well aware...........

I'm SONY & SONY-ERICSSON, in the spare parts business.
But sadly, no SE parts where I'm sitting (Belgium).
And sadly for you all, no involvement in the strategies, prduct development and portfolio choice !
Maybe in the future, who knows !!
