Not really - for a start the Z1010 is only dualband GSM so cannot be used for roaming in the US (until they get UMTS - if at all!) and that is very important to some people.
P800 is also more flexible with a bigger screen (and the Z1010 isn't touchscreen AFAIK).
Don't get me wrong - I'd get the Z1010 over the P800 - but that's just because it would suit my needs better. The T610 also suits my needs better over the P800.

i was talking to a staff member in CPW today and all he could do was slag off the z1010 as an old phone. He said it was slow (?) and wasnt worth bothering with.
Even if it is slow, new firmware would speed the phone up like it did my t68i and t610
