I was playing stunt-run on my p800 which is in full-screen and also wide-screen, i was wondering if a film/mp4 can be played in the same way?
It would be brilliant if it could????????
Any Suggestions?

VICs video player does this. Beta was released a while back. Official release will be after CeBit. Plays fullscreen local & streaming video.

I got that VICs player but somehow I could not find how to open a file .. I run the program ok but then in the file menu there is only exit no open or load or something like that. And also there are three buttons play-stop-pause at the lower left of the screen. Can someone explain how that program works ?

There are rumors that SE will release a software upgrade that to the P800 that will make this possible. If the rumors are true it will be realesed in week 14 (april).

To play a video with vics you must use file manage like qmanger
just click on the file and it will open in Vics
That's sure for now that the new firmware release genaration (RA1) will have a new video player
that can zoom on a video and even rotate it to fit in landscape...
Actually, the image viewer will be able to do it too
It will even be possible to move in the picture with the stylus...
SE had P800 with this new firmware @ cebit
This is not vaporware... this new firmware is known as April'firmware
