Hi folks. I'm a new user of this amazing phone and I'm now wondering why pictures take up so much RAM space. In Corel Photo-Paint, a 101x80 RGB picture takes around 24 Kb uncompressed; when compressed via .jpg it gets about 3 Kb. Since I always use palletized 256 colors (and Sony Ericsson's Image Editor does the same if I don't), why every picture takes 15 Kb ~ 17 Kb of the phone RAM? What can I do to lower this?
