i call sonyericsson malaysia about the new upgrade..and they told me not to upgrade unless the phone got problem..anybody have the same problem ?

Well, tell them you DO have a problem -- tell them you cannot store 50 pictures, you cannot record 1400 seconds of voice, and you cannot see a viefinder in the screen with your communicam!

No problem at all here in Sarawak.
Official Ericsson dealer, free of charge, they just put in the R3B006. 15 minutes.
They are waiting for the hardware to upgrade my HBH-10 (they have the software already).

I have from R1B -> RIC -> R2A -> R2B, no problem from Ericsson service center in PJ. The upgrade is free of charge. Give a try.

yes, same as here no problem upgrade My T68 Firmware with ericserve since R1B---R2B,
they always have the latest version. I call today regarding MMS upgrade they told the MMS upgrade will be available within this month.

Has anyone been charged for sw upgrade?
Even a small fee is acceptable to me.
According to the dealer, they have to pay a lot for the hardware - Ericsson didn't give it to them free.
