i am in Australia and have a dead ericsson t68 here, bought in malaysia legitimately by a friend a while back, but we couldnt find his warranty papers and due to the annoying market habits of gadget repair, its apprently going to cost more than the phone itself to fix the motherboard that is apparently the problem (and worse, because of regions or some stuff, it had to go back to malaysia to even get told that! how annoying!)

anyway, unless the smart people here have some suggestions as to how maybe this phone could get fixed without emptying my bank account, i would very much like to know if it is possible to sell parts for the t68? The battery, LCD and basically everything except the motherboard is fairly new and in good order. So yeah, is it possible to sell these things on their own? if so then how?

ps: unfortunately i dont have a torx-6 bit to open the thing up to have a look for myself... so yeah

any help would be appreciated
- dan

yea...but then dun expect too much on the price though, u might get maybe a small fraction of the cost back
i'd rather keep it as spare parts if i am getting a new T68i
