Please help... I'm having a rather nasty problem where the phone will randomly say "Bluetooth connection lost" even though the signal has been reported by the computer to be very strong.

I'm using a belkin usb bluetooth adaptor & t68(upg. i).
I'm not sure what the problem is but I hope it is not the adaptor since I onlly just bought it.

I would really appreciate any help you could give.

Thanks,
Patrick

Upgrade your phones firmware. Used to have that problem with r2b fw. Solved when i upgraded to r6a. Even better now with r7b. This message was posted from a T68i

At first I had no idea what you were talking about but after a little research I've now found another menu in my phone and found that my current version is r2e. I'm wondering if anyone knows the advantages/new features of each of the firmware updates after the r2e.
I'm really interested to know what my phone can do with just an update.

Thanks,
Patrick

My phone currently runs R2C (I think, I have checked but cant remember now ) and mine only loses connection when the signal strength drops off but the problem is its less than 4M when this happens!!

Is it my bluetake dongle or is it my phone.....that IS the question

I was talking about R6B which to my knowledge has been under beta testing as an even more stable fw than R7A. could be wrong though. This message was posted from a WAP device
