i have a t68m bought from the US when i try connecting through the gprs it just says it connecting and after a while it prompts loading securely and after a few seconds a message pops up saying "communication error secure connection failed" is it because in my wap profile the only options are express, cingular home, cingular roaming, not available and another option not available, is it possible that i can reset it to the default settings , i already tried master reset and to no avail, please help, by the way im from the philippines and my carrier is globe

Choose your country, network, and then your phone number. The settings should be delivered to your phone shortly thereafter.

thanks for the suggestion guys, i already did that through sms i received a reply but it never mentioned something about installing a new gprs setting it just asked me if i wanted to save the next settings reply with yes, i also tried deleting the pre loaded accounts but it says it cannot be deleted the pre loaded acoounts were express, cingular home and cingular roaming.what will i do ireally need my gprs.

Maybe u can try to get the setting info from Globe or some users. Create new data account manualy.

1. Go to Settings then Data Comm.
2. Select Pref Service then choose GPRS and GSM
3. Select Data Accounts then Add Account
3.1 Choose GPRS Data
3.2 Name: Globe GPRS
3.3 APN:
www.globe.com.ph
3.4 User Id:
3.5 Password:
4. Go to WAP Services then select WAP Settings
5. Select Profile1
5.1 Rename: Globe GPRS
5.2 Change Homepage
Title: Globe
Address:
http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.wmlc
5.3 Save to Current Profile
5.4 Gateway
5.4.1 IP Settings:
Connect Using Globe GPRS
IP Address 203.177.42.214
User ID:
Password:
Data Mode: Connectionless

5.4.2 Change Type: Select IP
