> fixed dialing help

i want to be able to hold button 5 for example and it dials a certain number, like how you hold 1 for voicemail. i think i need fixed dialing but when i go to it it says "PIN2 Blocked" then it asks me for a puk2 number, ive tried many many different 4-digit pin numbers but none of them work, does anyone know where i can find this number?

When need fast dialing access to certain numbers, one solution is saving the numbers to SIM (if you are using an Ericsson/SE phone). For example, stroe a number to SIM postion 2, then key "2" + Yes, or key "2" + "#" + Yes.
