Are you trying to send the mms to another network like vodaphone because thats what happens when you cant send it across certain networks.

Also, if you are sending an MMS to a non MMS phone then it will send them a text message, telling them to visit a webpage instead. This message was posted from a T300

just phoned up t-mob and found out that i cant send mms to orange or vodafone only to t-mob and O2 but that still doesnt explain why i cant recieve pic messages from me!

has anyone ever phoned 150 and spoke to a customer service adviser, they are so thick, they have no idea they just put you on hold all the time and ask someone else, i probably know more then them!!

Have you checked your phone credit? I called O2 the other day, put me on hold a coupla times, 15 minutes in total...guess how much?

THREE POUNDS AND FIFTY TWO PENCE!!!

They make money just by putting you on hold!

Anyway, back to the MMS business, have you rechecked your MMS settings? What phone have you got? I assume you got a T300.

Go to the website and get them to send you the settings again.

i've phoned 150 before. completely free. it sucks that they had to speak to my mum first (the contract is under her name) but hey.

Well, you lucky sod!

As far as I know, O2 and Virgin charge people, which is quite discouraging because people finds it annoying that you still have to pay to call their member service.
