I ordered and installed an IOGEAR bluetooth adapter which seems to work fine.

I installed the P800 desktop software as instructed. I then made sure that the bluetooth settings on my phone were set to discoverable.
I searched for "devices in range" on my desktop and found the P800. I paired devices, and again success (I even see my desktop listed on P800).

Now the problems! The P800 manual tells me to right click the connection manager. OK. It tells me I will see about 10-13 bluetooth listings with different ports. OK. I am told to make sure they are all checked (under properties). When I get to COM 4 and 5, the system thinks for a while and says COM 5 connected. Great.

Now that the connection manager icon in system tray shows connected status, I try to copy MP3 over to P800 under "My P800". File almost copies until end, but stops with error saying copy could not be completed and my connection is gone. Now, there is no way I can get the connection manager working again, unless I unpair devices, repair them, and go through setting up the connection manager again, and even then it only sometimes works. If I get it to connect again and synchronize, most times I will loose connection after 10-15 minutes of phone sitting there...

Made sure I have all the latest firmware. I can't even get a simple connection on my work computer. I can pair the devices which shows me that it's not the IOGEAR USB bluetooth, but rather some other problem.

PLEASE, PLEASE help! I was sooo looking forward to being able to bluetooth for everything!
