It seem's that I am one of many users that have this problem.

I have had my software upgraded in the T68i more than once and I am currently running R7A013 and the HBH-30 is running R3A.

The SE service center say that they cant upgrade the software in the HBH-30.

So as a last result before I go out and spend some more money on another headset or a phone I was wondering if anyone here has found a workable solution to this problem.

Regards

I hate to say this but loose the HBH-30. i had one and had so many problems so i eventually took it back and got my money back. then the hbh-60 was on the way so i had a glimmer of hope yet. in the mean time i had my phone replaced by se australia 3 times and still had problems, thats why i took the hbh-30 back. i gave up basically. then i saw the hbh-60 in real life and tried it. it seemed to work ok so i took the risk and bought one. so far its been excellent. no echo, no 'underwater' calls. the only prblem is battery life, you must charge each day if you talk alot like me (1 hour a day) and it doesnt work to well in the car or noisy places. you can still use it but you have to talk loud!!! otherwise a great product, very small and light and sexy!!!!
