I am trying to use Opera, Worldmate etc when connected to my pad at office and it doesn't work. I am in a LAN behind proxy. Is there any area in P800 where I could configure the LAN settings? Should I make a new connection? It has only dialup and ISDN options.

My Opera & Worldmate work by default over my LAN... there are no settings to adjust. Your office proxy/firewall might be restricting outbound requests.

I had the same problem as yours yesterday. The below is my solution:

* Input your proxy server address and port into internet account (Setting GPRS)

* Open Opera and browse internet via dial-up or GPRS, but remember don't connect with your PC

* Disconnect shortly after it just dialing or connecting

* Put Opera running and connect P800 with your PC (via either BT or USB-Docking)

*Browse web page by Opera and It use the internet connection through LAN

It's very funny solution, but I made it worked via BT and Docking.
Try it if you want

Can anyone explain for us the reason why???

Regards
