I have just got a HBH-60 and overall it's a great product. however, i am having trouble with the unit when driving... does anyone else have bad connections, or poor voice quality to the other person?

common problem faced, just make sure you lower your car audio volume and those air conditioner blower is not blowing on the microphone boom then it is ok...but if you are driving on very bumpy road....the quality will not be good.

My HBH-60 was exactly the same other person could not hear a thing when I was driving but I could hear them perfectly. I rang SonyEricsson as this is where it came from and they exchanged it for me but they did not have any HBH-60's in stock so I asked to try a HBH-30 insted and it works perfectly. It seems to be a problem with the HBH-60 I would ask for a new one and if it is the same then change it for a HBH-30 and try that.

I had lots of trouble with my HBH-60 at first. I have upgraded my phone software and now it works much better.
However, in the car, I cannot drive faster than 80 Km/h or the other party doesn't hear me well. Small sacrifice I guess and I wont get speeding tickets!!

I had the same problem. Got the HBH-60 and used it for two days - quality was bad in the car. I then took my P800 and got the software upgraded (1 week ago) and now there are more problems with the HBH-60 and P800 - great combination and sound quality is even better outside of the car than it was before.
