> sync station question

Should my sync station charge the phone as well, I can't find the answer in the manual (which I breifly glanced at) plus when I open the picture editor program which came with the phone and I try to download pictures from my pc to the phone the icon in the bottom right hand corner which allows to to download is in grey, which indicates that it can't detect my phone, the phone is hooked up on the sync station correctly, how can I sort this, any clues?

you have to connect the charger to the cradle.... look under the cradle, there is a port to the left of the usb wire
use the search for ure second problem, there are a quite a few possible causes...... and lots of speculation.
