> T68i Cuts out on calls all the time!

Hi All,
I have a most frustrating problem. My T68i seems to cut out all the time when on a call.
This means I have to call out again and costing me heaps in $$$!
This occus sometimes after a few seconds into a call, sometimes after a few minutes.
It just suddenly drops in reception down to like zero bars and the person on the other end cant heap me... then connection dies and just goes "beep beep beep"
What is it problem here?!

Mine occasionally does that in my room, but usually when I walk away from the window.
The t68i has a sensitive antenna, so try not to cover the top (back) of the phone with your hand or fingers.

I agree with kidscruff's recommendations... you have to be careful how you hold it and where you stand, if you are in a low reception area... however, if you are in an area that should have good reception, you might want to look at having it serviced...
Not sure how long you've had it, but when I first bought mine in early October 2002, I had it exchanged a week later for a new one because it was behaving as you describe... low reception, dropped calls, etc.
Haven't had any sort of problem like that with the new one they gave me, and it's been 6 months.

This is due to software problems - send to SE & get updated software. Hope this will help,I just received my new one today after having troubles in the past and hope now it is resolved...
