I have been searching for this software in years! I don't know why the programs witch I can find don't work. Maby it's my computer, but I don't think so. It have been able to run all kind off programs without any problem. The software I've been tested is the AMR-conveter fron the old totonox site. I can start it but when I try to convert any .AMR file into wave it came/coming up a window: Tha program is doing anything wrong and will be closed (Badly translated from Swedish). I have also tested the Ericsson own program, but I don't understand how to use it. When I click on the Conveter a DOS window shortly apears but it don't happen enything after. I don't know how to convert!
1. Maby it's me who doing anything wrong (Proberly)
2. Maby my computer is very bad
3. The programs is useless and bad!
Thanks in advance

I have tested the DOS converter. Should you do this,
Open a DOS Command prompt window. Go to your working directory. Enter a command line as "converter amr2wav Input.amr Ouput.wav".

Hello!
there is an easier way to do this without having to open MS-DOS windows and typing. There is Mobile AMR converter from
www.miksoft.8m.com if you want an easy-to-use AMR converter. It is using the Sony Ericsson AMR converter but it has got a windows interface so you dont have to type anything, just selecting the input (amr) and the output file (wave) or vice-versa.

I think you can use QuickTime Pro 6.xx to convert from AMR to WAV as well.
