Hi,

I have searched the forums, but couldnt find anything directly relating to this. I have two MP3's on my phone. Each are over 2 minutes long

When I play them (by selecting Audio) they start to fade at 30sec and stop around 32-33 seconds and go on to the next track. I cant find any documentation about this "feature" and read a few posts about people playing whole songs and albums

Any help would be appreciated, otherwise, very happy with phone (other than on MP4 video)

umm, seems like i could have a bug as I've been searching all the forums for this. No real preference or control pattern settings available from what I can see.

Are there different types of MP3 file (i.e: could this be the problem)

Try using unreal player for the p800... also for your info... I use Nero and Musicmatch software which both support "mp3PRO" as opposed to regular "mp3", with mp3PRO you can have a file with the bitrate of 80kbps which is equal to a regular mp3 file at 128kbps but the file size is about 38% smaller, so you can fit more songs in the same space, you can also go lower in bitrate with only a slight degredation in quality as opposed to regular mp3. So give it a try...
