Hey guys,

what do you think about the build quality of the T68? I fell in an outdoor stairway today, and threw my T68 into a concrete wall before it fell 3 metres down into 2cm deep water/ice-slush. It didn't even turn itself off.

One of the reasons I bought my T68 is because I was so impressed with the build quality & design. Other phones looked like toys compared to the T68 in the shop, especially the new Nokia which looked very plasticy & a backward step in my opinion

Yeah, Ericsson have always been much better at that. I remember my GH388, I dropped it getting off the bus and tried to catch it with my foot, but ended up kicking it into a wall where it then fell to the ground... NOT A THING!!!! And you could use as a self-defence weapon!

Now a true story... my friend's T68 with ICT-13 on, sans the holster, accidentally dropped it from the 4th floor of a mall. The only thing that broke is the black piece where the battery clips in, which unfortunately maybe housing the RF section cause the phone lost is ability to get signal. LCD intact. Its in the service center right now...
