> My T68i was denied access to Esato!
Bookmark topic
It started yesterday. Everytime I tried to access Esato using my t68i, I get this message: "Access denied. 403 Forbidden" Message. I did a search hoping to find a solution and found one thread but unfortunately the explanation was too technical for me. Can someone pls explain the problem in layman's term. TIA

Hi! :-)
The same thing happened to me yesterday. Somebody suggested that I change the IP add of the Data account I'm using for GPRS. But before trying that, I cleared all the caches, cookies, push inbox and pwd list. Then I switched the security to 'on' then I tried loging in to esato.. I don't know what I did but it worked and i haven't even changed the IP add! I'm not sure tho if i solved d prob 'coz i still get the same error when i tried to access SE wapsite. :-( Maybe i should change d IP...

Thanks to all for your replies.
@paul21 ... if I may beg your indulgence, can I request you to post a step by step instruction on how to make a new wap profile? What about the old profile, should I delete this? I'm really at a lost here. The guy who helped me configure my phone before at Alabang Town Center is not there anymore. TIA

I agree with Paul21. Perhaps it is your provider that is blocking Esato.
Please post the name of your service provider and the country you live in. This information can help us figure out what is going on.

@*, i think globe telecom here in the ph has that problem. here's how you do it: go to WAP SERVICES--WAP PROFILES--Add Profile--key in the i.p. (i use the o2 gateway-193.113.200.195)--connect using: (your gprs service provider) Globe in my case :-) after that save the settings and go to SELECT PROFILE then choose the new profile you created **DO NOT TOUCH THE DATA ACCOUNT! You could also experiment with the list found in the I.P. Address thread i posted before :-) cheers!
