I have just bought a T300 and wonders how i can copy images etc. to it without buying a cable, how can i use the ir? yes i have a ir port on my computer

download some stuff from the internet for your phone, go to Windows Explorer, locate the files, activate the IR and place your phone next to the IR port, right click on the file you want to send and choose 'send to infared recipient'

Download image editor off the sony ericsson website. It's free and allows you to edit any picture (funny that it being an image editor and all) and allows you to send it easily to your phone via irda.

You're right you don't need it but it makes it alot quicker and easier to get just the part of the picture you want or for sizing. I had to fanny about for ages. It's alright he you get ready sized pics from off like here or other websites but not he you want to put your own pics on. God i'm getting sore fingers using this thing
