Anyone had any luck blocking incoming calls from specified numbers?

I've searched the manual, nothing there. Searched the forum, same story.

There's this 'Accepted calls' and all in preferences, but I haven't managed.

There's this foreign fool who enjoys ringing me every hour.

if it's the same on a p8 as on the t300 you can either;
1. create an accepted list and enter all the phone numbers of people who can call you
2. phone your operator and explain the situation and they'll trace the number and block him

i figured that one out, but it's kinda stupid there's no accept policy with specified numbers that get denied.

seeing there's a way to block users _not_ on your accept list, why didn't they just add a deny list?

what help would that be if it was a withheld number anyway?

unless there was an option to block withheld numbers altogether.

if it was a withheld number, how'd i know it's foreign?
known numbers should be blockable..

you're right about private numbers though.

Dono about the P800, but incase of an international call the T68 will tell you no number

that has nothing to do with the phone.. just an issue whether or not the other party disabled caller id.

i get international calls quite regularly and i have linked all those numbers to names, so i can go 'ello you' instead of 'hello?'. this definitely requires caller id
