"SERVICE FILE TRANSFER NOT ON DEVICE" appear whenever i try to transfer a file from pc to phone via bluetooth, im using the tecom software ver.... 16.. please help me TIA

Have you tried to drop the item in the "inbox" which appears when you click on your phone in the "BT places" that works here....

You can use "send to bluetooth" if the phone supports the file transfer profile.. which the t68/p800 does not..
