I just bought my P800 last night and try to install the "syncstation" to link with my computer.

Firstly I install the "PC suite" to my computer, then I plug the USB head of the Syncstation to my computer and my computer automatically detect it as "SEMC DSS-20 Syncstation" and request the driver.

It can't find the driver although the setup CD is in my drive. So the "Cradle" is now not link to my computer.

I just wonder if here have anyone experienced the same problem.

My o/s system in XP professional.

username Drivers2
password all

Has the correct driver, unlike the CD or SE website...
